Terms of Service

1. Services

ADRIX AI STUDIO ("we", "us", "our") provides website design, development, and related digital services. By engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% of the total project cost is required before work begins.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final delivery and deployment.
  • Payment Methods: We accept UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay, and Stripe (for international clients).
  • Late Payments: Work may be paused if payments are not received within 7 days of the due date.

3. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided at the start of each project. Timelines begin after:

  • Advance payment is received
  • All required content (text, images, logos) is provided by the Client

Delays caused by late content delivery or feedback will extend the timeline accordingly.

4. Revisions

  • Aarambh (Starter): Up to 2 rounds of revisions
  • Utsav (Growth): Up to 3 rounds of revisions
  • Maharaja (Premium): Up to 5 rounds of revisions

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at ₹2,000 per round.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full and final payment:

  • All website code, design files, and content created by us become the Client's property
  • The Client receives full ownership and source code access
  • No recurring royalties, licensing fees, or lock-in agreements

Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of ADRIX AI STUDIO.

6. Project Cancellation

  • If the Client cancels before work begins, a full refund of the advance will be issued minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • If the Client cancels after work has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable. Any completed work will be delivered.
  • If ADRIX AI STUDIO is unable to complete the project, a full refund will be issued.

7. Hosting & Domain

Website hosting and domain registration are the Client's responsibility. We assist with setup and configuration but do not provide hosting services directly. Annual hosting costs typically range from ₹3,000 to ₹8,000 depending on the provider.

8. Post-Launch Support

Each package includes a defined support period after launch. Beyond that period, ongoing maintenance and updates are available through our maintenance plans starting at ₹2,000/month.

9. Limitation of Liability

ADRIX AI STUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or websites we build. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific project.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
