Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
We want every client to be satisfied with our work. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Before work begins: If you cancel your project before any design or development work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of your advance payment, minus a 10% administrative processing fee.
- After work has begun: Once design or development work has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable. However, all completed work up to the point of cancellation will be delivered to you.
- Non-delivery by us: If ADRIX AI STUDIO fails to deliver the agreed-upon project within a reasonable timeframe (without prior communication about delays), you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Refund Process

- Include your project name, payment details, and reason for the refund request.
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay, or Stripe).
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registration fees (domains are registered in the client's name and are non-transferable back)
- Third-party service costs (hosting, stock images, premium plugins purchased on the client's behalf)
- Completed and delivered work after client approval
5. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our response to your refund request, we encourage direct communication to resolve the issue. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
